Congratulations to Dr. Salim Chowdhury, who successfully defended his doctoral thesis, “Algorithms to Reconstruct Evolutionary Models of Tumor Progression”. Salim has accepted a postdoctoral fellowship under the supervision of Dr. Olga Troyanskaya at Princeton University, where he will be doing research on data integration and prediction approaches for functional genomics data.
